This button will launch a new web browser window with a secure page hosted by PayPal, displaying the contents of your PayPal Shopping Cart. Here, you can change the quantity of the item, continue shopping, remove items from the cart, or check out. If you click to continue shopping, you will be taken back to the web browser window showing the Brochins website. From here, you can view view the PayPal Shopping Cart by clicking another "Add to Cart" button to purchase another item, or by clicking on the "View Cart" button. If you click to check out, you will be directed to enter your credit card, shipping information, and email address if you are not have a PayPal account. If you DO have a PayPal account simply follow the instructions to log-in for quicker checkout. Once you have submitted this information, Brochins will be sent an email informing them of your purchase and your email address and shipping information. You will then be sent back to the Brochins.com site. During the purchase process Brochins.com uses secure PayPal pages for checkout.


Q: How do I create an account?
A: Our store is set up through PayPal. To process your orders, there are two method options for you to choose from for Checkout. You can either set up an account with PayPal (or have a previously existing account), or follow PayPal's new method of not needing a PayPal account (in that case you enter all of your information during checkout). Having an account will enable you to place orders faster and more easily and track your orders online.

$0.01 USD - $29.99 USD $6.99 USD
$30.00 USD - $59.99 USD $8.99 USD

$100.00 USD - $149.99 USD $13.99 USD
$150.00 USD - and up $16.99 USD

Certain items may fall out of that shipping calculation to be less or more US dollars due to the uniqueness of the product. All shipping information will be noted at checkout.

Minnesota State Tax 6.5 % will be charged if shipped within Minnesota
No tax in Minnesota for Tallit and Kippot.

No tax for items shipped outside Minnesota.

A: Some of the items that can be purchased from Brochin's can be personalized.

Here's an example of how to customize an item:

  1. Click the Add to Cart button for the item you wish to personalize.

  2. Follow the checkout instructions to purchase the item.

  3. Go to the contact page and submit a note to us detailing the item you've purchased and your request for personalization and we will get back to you with further details.

  4. Options for personalization are Hebrew/English names, Date of Event or Occasion.

  5. Personalized items are not returnable.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Regular in-stock items sent throughout the continental United States typically arrive within 7-10 business days from the time we receive your order...oftentimes less depending on the proximity of the recipient from our Minneapolis, MN store. For shipments to foreign countries, please contact us by phone or email.


Q: When will my order be shipped if all items are not in stock when I place my order?
A: All items that are in stock will be shipped according to our regular shipping schedule. Remaining items are automatically backordered and ship as soon as the items are in stock at no additional charge.


Q: How do I return an item?
A: You may return or exchange any merchandise within 30 days after you receive it, except personalized and custom-ordered items. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. Please ship your return packages prepaid and insured. Please contact us via phone or email if you need to return an item.


Q: I remember seeing an item in the store but don't see it on the website. Is it still available?
A: Sometimes an item is in the store and not online, or it may no longer be available from a manufacturer. However, we may have remaining items in stock. Contact us for further assistance.

A: If your order has not yet been processed, you may be able to alter the order before it's too late. Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible.


Q: Can I include a gift card?
A: Our ordering system cannot facilitate gift cards. However, you may include a gift message to appear on the packing slip that will go out with your package. During checkout you will be given the option "If gift, customize note here:"


Q: Can you gift-wrap?
A: Yes, we offer free giftwrapping. If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we can gift wrap your order. Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible to make the request.
